Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged Package
If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please refuse the package if possible or record a complete unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. This helps us investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
